Introduced by a Japanese Christian minister and teacher Dr Michao Usui, Reiki helps you to align with your true self, raising your vibrations, improving your intuition, bringing about balance and harmony.

Traditionally passed on from teacher to student, Reiki is activated in stages, with the students meditating and practicing between trainings.

Already after the first attunement, you will be able to use Reiki energy to heal yourself and others. Second attunement will help you further develop your skills and assist people remotely. Third degree attunement again takes you to a different, higher level of using the universal energy to help yourself and others. With that you are becoming a master of energy healing, and when you feel ready, you can teach others to develop their skills.
